His last known address was in Troy, NY and it is believed he may have fled to North Carolina to avoid capture.

DEREK MAURICE is wanted by the State Police and the Town of Southeast Court following his September of 2015 arrest. In March of 2015, Troopers conducted a burglary investigation where jewelry was reported stolen. An investigation revealed that Maurice possessed the stolen jewelry. A warrant was issued in April of 2017 ordering Maurice’s arrest when he failed to appear for court proceedings.
