Brandywine Living at Litchfield’s Normal Aging Series continues with the latest workshop, “Has Your Get Up & Go, Got Up & Went?” Join us for a delicious lunch while local professionals provide tips and information on how to achieve and maintain an active lifestyle throughout your senior years. Get the answers you have been looking for this week, and join Brandywine Living at Litchfield for a Lunch & Learn presented by Candlewood Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center on Friday, April 28th, 2017, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
Dr. Susann Varano and Social Worker, Cindy LaCour, from Candlewood Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center, will review the physical and cognitive signs of normal aging. Free memory screenings will be provided after the presentation. Lunch will be served.
