Copake teen participates in ride along with police

   

Livingston, New York – On April 18, 2017, Copake teen Brock Hathaway participated in a ride along at the Livingston barracks.  Hathaway is a 19-year-old teen with Cerebral Palsy who collects patches from all law enforcement agencies and fire departments.  While visiting with members stationed at Livingston, Lieutenant Eugene Hallenbeck presented Brock with a NYSP Centennial T-shirt, patch and Troop K Challenge Coin.Brock, a big supporter of law enforcement and the fire services, has collected shoulder patches for several years.  Troopers from Livingston would like to help Brock get more patches!  Any police or fire agencies with shoulder patches that they would like to donate to Brock is asked to mail them to:  Brock Hathaway C/O the New York State Police – Livingston, 3353 Route 9, Hudson, New York, 12534.
