Cortlandt, New York – The New York State Police from Cortlandt are seeking the public’s assistance to help identify the depicted female subject who is wanted for questioning.
On February 25, 2017 at approximately 6:30 p.m., the female suspect intentionally rammed a hearing impaired 10-year-old child with a shopping cart at the Walmart located at 3131 East Main Street, Cortlandt Manor.
