Two Middletown Men Arrested on Drug Charges

The New York State Police in Monroe announce the arrest of BRIVE CROSSKE, age 43, of Middletown, NY and JORDAN ALLEN, age 31, of Middletown, NY, for the felony charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Criminal Tampering with Evidence, and the misdemeanor offense of Resisting Arrest.

On February 27, 2017, Troopers stopped a 2012 BMW X-3 for a vehicle and traffic violation State Route 17, in the Village of Goshen.  During a probable cause search of the vehicle, Troopers determined that CROSSKE and ALLEN were in possession of a large quantity of cocaine, approximately 309 grams.  When CROSSKE exited the vehicle, he physically engaged the Troopers and fled on foot.   A short foot pursuit ensued and CROSSKE was taken into custody in a parking lot located in the area of Matthew Street in the Village of Goshen.

CROSSKE and ALLEN were arraigned before the Village of Goshen Justice Rory Brady and remanded to Orange County Jail without bail.  They will return to court on March 1, 2017 at 5:00 PM.
