Shay is a beautiful adult female mix at the Putnam Humane Society. She’s a bit shy, so please be patient and take some time to get to know her. She’s a very affectionate and loving girl at heart. You can meet Shay and the other dogs at PHS every day between 10-3. Cat lovers can visit with the cats from 10-4:15 daily. The shelter is located at 68 Old Route 6 in Carmel, NY. (845) 225-7777.
