Traffic stop leads to drug arrest for Highland Falls man

PRESS RELEASE
The New York State Police in Montgomery report the arrest of Keith Rhodes, age 48 of Highland Falls, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth degree, a class D felony, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation.
Rhodes was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and marijuana after his vehicle was stopped for traffic infractions on State Route 9W in the Town of Cornwall.
Keith Rhodes was arraigned in the Town of Cornwall Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail. Rhodes is to return to the Town of Cornwall Court on January 25, 2017.
