10/19/2016 – The New York State Police – Montgomery BCI announce the arrest of 41 year old, Emily J. Baker, of Rosemount, OH, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (a class C felony).
On 10/18/16, subsequent to a routine vehicle and traffic stop conducted by SP Montgomery patrols in the City of Newburgh, a front seat passenger identified as Emily J. Baker was found in possession of a loaded revolver without a permit in this state.
Baker was arraigned in the City of Newburgh Court and was remanded to Orange County Jail on $2,500 cash/ $5,000 bond. Baker is due back in the City of Newburgh Court on 10/19/16.
