Teens Arrested for Vandalizing Dover Town Park

Dover Plains, New York – On August 30, 2016, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Dover Plains arrested two 16 year old boys from Dover for Burglary 3rd degree, a class D Felony and Criminal Mischief 2nd degree, a class D Felony.
The arrests stem from a report of a burglary and criminal mischief to the recreation center at Ketcham Park located at 46 Ketcham Park Rd in the Town of Dover on June 27, 2016.
The two youths were arraigned in the Town of Dover Court by the Honorable Judge Abrams who released them on their own recognizance.
