Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park
A crystal pillar appeared in the sky this morning (Sat..2/21/15) just before the sun rose at dawn in this photo from the Walkway looking east towards Poughkeepsie. SHARE WITH FRIENDS. The Hudson River was covered with snow-covered ice. Mike, one of the early morning regulars, walks to Highland and back every morning. For the record it was minus 2 degrees this morning when I opened the gates at 6:15 a.m. If you walk out today the view will overshadow the slightly cool air. Have a good weekend. Fred Schaeffer
